Welcome to the Ministry Leader's Inner Circle. I am so glad you are here.

This community is for pastors, church administrators, deacons, first ladies, and every leader who holds the church together behind the scenes. Our anchor is 1 Corinthians 14:40. Let all things be done decently and in order.

Here is how to get the most out of this community:

Introduce yourself. Go to the Introduce Yourself channel. Tell us your name, your church, your role, and one thing in your ministry that runs on memory alone right now.
Join us live on Thursdays. Every Thursday at 7 PM EST I teach a free live training on the systems that keep a church running no matter who is in the room. Register at go.jessicashunta.com/registration. Live attendees receive the Grant Funding Blueprint as a bonus.
Use the Job Aids & Resources channel. Real checklists and templates you can put to work in your church this week.
Ask your questions in Ask Jessica. I read every one, and your questions shape what I teach on Thursdays.
Share your wins in Wins & Testimonies. When order shows up in your church, tell us. Big or small, God gets the glory.

A few house rules: be kind, be honest, no spam, and no selling to other members. This is a safe place to build.

Your church should not run on one person's memory. Let's set it in order together.
