We want to know you, Faith Friend. Reply in the comments and tell us: Your name and your role in the church Your church name and city One thing in your ministry that runs on someone's memory instead of a system I will start. I am Jessica Shunta. I spent more than 20 years as a Vice President in the financial industry, and I was the youngest financial clerk and secretary in my church's history. I have sat in your chair, in the pew and in the boardroom. Now I help churches build systems so ministry keeps running no matter who is in the room. Your turn. Do not be shy. Someone in this circle needs to hear from a leader just like you.
